About the Role
Incheon River is looking for a result-driven Product Specialist to join our team in Kodimatha. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our electric two-wheelers and value-added services, ensuring every customer finds the perfect eco-friendly mobility solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Convert showroom visitors into customers by identifying their needs and matching them with the ideal EV model.
- Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of product features, technical specifications, and capabilities to provide detailed information and competitive comparisons.
- Demonstrations: Conduct engaging test rides and demonstrate key vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with prospects to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage an accurate customer database and perform regular follow-ups.
- Sales Documentation: Assist customers through the entire documentation and paperwork process for a seamless purchase experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- Showroom Excellence: Assist in setting up the showroom floor and organizing promotional displays or events.
Job Requirements
- Education: An Associate’s degree or Diploma in any field.
- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Soft Skills: A professional appearance, a friendly demeanor, and a consistently positive attitude.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong negotiation skills with a deep commitment to customer service excellence.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
