Job Summary
The Field Sales Executive (FSE) is responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, conducting regular field visits, and achieving assigned business targets within the allotted territory through direct customer interaction and effective follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by the company.
Generate new leads and business opportunities through field activities and references.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term engagement.
Conduct daily field visits within the assigned Tehsil and surrounding areas.
Explain company products/services to customers and close sales effectively.
Submit daily visit reports, customer details, orders, and payment updates through the company mobile application or manual reporting system.
Attend daily Google Meet review and coordination meetings with reporting managers.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and proper communication during field operations.
Work Requirements
Territory-based field sales role (single assigned Tehsil).
Daily field travel required within a 40 km radius.
Basic smartphone handling and reporting knowledge required.
Strong communication and convincing skills preferred.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Candidate must be punctual, disciplined, and comfortable with field work.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
