Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. As a Social Media Manager at OCTOPUS & JAM CREATIVE CO., you will drive social media strategy and content creation across multiple platforms. Your daily responsibilities include managing and optimizing social media accounts, curating and scheduling content, developing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. By staying updated on industry trends, you will help grow audiences, foster engagement, and elevate the online presence of the brands we serve. Collaboration across teams will be central to achieving campaign goals effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Proficiency in crafting compelling Content Strategies and developing engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and channels.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools for performance monitoring and improvement.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously.
- Graphic design or visual content creation skills are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
