- Conduct daily vendor inspections as per the inspection schedule and maintain visit/inspection reports.
- Support vendor selection, development, process audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Review drawings, specifications, and applicable codes to prepare Inspection Checklists, ITPs, and Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs).
- Monitor vendor fabrication and manufacturing quality to ensure compliance with project requirements, IBR, ASME, ISO, and other applicable standards.
- Review and verify vendor quality documentation, including material test certificates, welding/NDT reports, inspection reports, and calibration certificates.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to vendors on quality-related issues.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and client QA/QC representatives during inspections and quality-related activities.
- Compile and review quality dossiers and ensure timely submission prior to material dispatch.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis / Why-Why Analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
- Participate in internal/external audits, project reviews, and quality meetings to ensure QMS compliance.
- Support technical development and capability enhancement of new and existing vendors.
- Assist the Quality Manager in evaluating vendors for Green Channel Certification based on quality performance.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
