Responsibilities
- Help students succeed academically,socially and emotionally by providing one-on-one guidance,career planning and behavioural support.
- Ideal candidates possess excellent communication,negotiation skills and patience
- Making cold-warm calls to prospective customers and handling incoming inquiries.
Education / Experience :
Generally a plus two,degree , diploma or equivalent ; previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
