We are looking for someone who can both SHOOT and EDIT. This is not an editing-only position.
What you will do:
Content Shooting
- Shoot vertical videos/Reels at residential, high-rise and commercial HVAC sites.
- Shoot founder-led/talking-head videos.
- Capture site progress, HVAC installations, copper piping, ducting, VRF/centralised AC and project details.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage and day-to-day business activities.
- Occasionally accompany the founder for site visits and content shoots.
Video Editing
- Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
- Create engaging hooks, cuts, captions, subtitles and text overlays.
- Edit talking-head, educational, POV and site-update videos.
- Maintain a clean, professional visual style.
- Repurpose longer footage into multiple short-form videos.
- Create basic video creatives for Meta/Google advertising when required.
Content Development
- Understand the purpose behind each video and suggest better ways to present it.
- Identify useful content opportunities while visiting sites.
- Help convert technical HVAC knowledge into simple, understandable content.
- Stay updated with current short-form video formats and trends without compromising our professional positioning.
Content Management
- Organise raw footage and maintain a proper content library.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule.
- Deliver edited videos within agreed timelines.
- Coordinate directly with the founder for content requirements and revisions.
What we're looking for: Must have:
- Strong video editing skills.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels/short-form content.
- Ability to shoot good-quality vertical video.
- Good understanding of framing, composition and lighting.
- Experience with CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro or equivalent.
- Good sense of pacing, hooks and storytelling.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
Strongly preferred:
- Experience creating Reels for businesses, founders or brands.
- Experience with talking-head videos.
- Experience shooting on construction, architecture, real estate or technical sites.
- Basic understanding of Canva/graphic design.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
The kind of person we're looking for
We don't need someone who simply waits for instructions like:
"Send me footage, and I'll edit it."
We want someone who can look at a site and say:
"This would make a good Reel."
Someone who can identify good shots, suggest hooks, shoot the footage and deliver the finished video without constant follow-up.
Reliability and consistency are extremely important for this role.

Working Style
This is a hands-on role.
You will spend some time editing at the office/home and some time shooting at project sites across Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a construction environment and travelling to sites when required.
