Job Description – Electrician (Pump Repair & Construction Site)
Position: Electrician – Pump Repair & Construction Site
Department: Projects / Electrical
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Mankhurd, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring and equipment at construction sites.
- Diagnose and repair water pumps, submersible pumps, centrifugal pumps, booster pumps, and associated electrical systems.
- Perform cable laying, conduit installation, cable termination, and panel wiring.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps and electrical equipment.
- Install and maintain temporary electrical power supply for construction activities.
- Monitor the performance of motors and pumps and recommend repairs or replacements when required.
- Ensure proper earthing, electrical safety, and compliance with site safety regulations.
Qualifications
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Electrical License is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience working on commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Knowledge of pump alignment, motor starters, DG synchronization, and electrical maintenance.
- Willingness to travel and work at different project sites.
- Ability to work under pressure and attend emergency breakdowns when required.
