Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with customers. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, feedback, queries, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their requests, requirements, and special needs.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
- Actively engage with customers and promote cake products, including custom cakes, pastries, and desserts.
- Handle customer inquiries, take orders, and process sales transactions accurately.
- Coordinate closely with the café team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, café, or restaurant operations is preferred(6 months experience).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Good knowledge of Malayalam and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work in weekends and holidays.
- Candidates residing nearby are preferred.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
