Job Summary
The HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and office administration to ensure smooth functioning of people processes and workplace operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support employees across the lifecycle—from onboarding to exit—while maintaining compliance and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Handle end-to-end employee lifecycle management: onboarding, documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
- Support recruitment activities: interview scheduling, coordination with candidates and hiring managers
- Assist in payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, etc.)
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Support performance management processes, appraisals, and HR reports
- Ensure adherence to company HR policies and labor laws
- Support employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal communication
Administration
· Manage office administration including housekeeping, security, pantry, and vendors
· Coordinate procurement of office supplies, assets, and inventory management
· Managing our office pets. Scheduling doctors appointment, filing the reports of doctors.
· Handle vendor negotiations, agreements, and bill processing
· Oversee office infrastructure, seating, and maintenance requirements
· Support travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination
· Ensure compliance with workplace safety and statutory norms
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of HR operations and admin processes
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliances
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with HRMS/payroll systems is an advantage
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration roles
- Experience in FMCG, retail, D2C, or startup environments preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
