We are seeking a dynamic QA Head / Management Representative (MR) to lead our Quality Assurance function.
- Lead and manage the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with MACE, VSA, IATF
- Act as the Management Representative (MR) for external audits, certifications, and customer visits.
- Monitor quality across raw materials, in‑process checks, and finished goods.
- Drive root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to ensure product quality standards.
- Train and mentor the QA team to build a culture of quality and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in Sheet metal, CNC manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in quality tools: SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and audits effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
