We are looking for a motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions.
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 2.5 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
- Experience with sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring deadlines
