Key Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen dealer and distributor network across assigned territory
Drive channel sales through dealers, distributors and retail partners
Appoint new channel partners and maintain strong business relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct regular market visits and dealer meetings
Coordinate with architects, interior designers and contractors for business development
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution, dispatch and payment follow-up
Ensure timely collection and outstanding management.
Candidate Requirements
Preference will be given to candidates from Laminate Industry background
Strong experience in Channel Sales
Good network in Nashik market
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
Willingness to travel extensively.
