Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing progress, manages defect resolution, and ensures that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement in quality assurance practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing processes.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution techniques.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
Additional Information:
