Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients for staffing and recruitment services. Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and networking. Understand client hiring requirements. Coordinate between clients and recruitment team. Prepare proposals and follow up on opportunities. Maintain client database and sales trackers. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Business development or sales experience. Client handling and follow-up skills. Basic knowledge of recruitment processes. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
