IDBI Intech Limited (Wholly owned subsidiary of IDBI Bank Ltd) invites application from Indian Citizens for the position of MD & CEO based at CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai. Interested candidates may forward their resume to [email protected] only.

Candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the stipulated eligibility criteria. Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be called for personal interview. A. Eligibility criteria
- Age: Minimum 45 years and Maximum 60 years, as on July 31, 2026.
- Educational Qualifications: Engineering Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream (Preference will be given to Post graduate in Computer Science or any other technical stream), along with such skills, competencies and attributes as may be considered appropriate for the position and as required under the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience as on July 31, 2026, including at least 10 years in a senior management position. (Preference may be given to candidates having experience as MD & CEO or in an equivalent position one level below MD & CEO). Experience in IT/software Industry / in BFSI sector would be an added advantage.
- Awards/Recognition: Awards or recognition received in the IT/Banking sector would be an added advantage.
B. Required Skills/Traits and Competency:
The candidate should have:
- Proven track record in IT/ Software industry, preferably from BFSI technology/ digitization.
- Management & Leadership skills and should be able to motivate & build strong teams.
- Vision & foresight to take the company to new heights. Ability to think from strategic perspective.
- Proactive nature, self-motivated & show high level of commitment to the mission and values of the Company and have ability to achieve the desired objectives and make an astounding impact on the functioning of the company.
- Strong analytical aptitude & excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Profit & Loss management and Financial decision making.
- Entrepreneurial mind-set with passion for innovative technology company.
- Worked in leadership / Senior positions in the previous assignment.
- Display high standards of ethics and should have impeccable integrity/honesty.
MD & CEO is a member of the Board and should also be able to assist the Board in all matters related to effective management, supervision and administration of the Company.
C. Tenure and Compensation
- Tenure of Appointment: The appointment shall be for a period of 3 to 5 years on contractual basis, subject to annual review by the Board. The Board shall have the right to review the appointment at any time on grounds of unsatisfactory performance, misconduct or such other reasons as may be considered appropriate.
- Compensation: The compensation package shall be negotiable based on the candidate's seniority, experience, qualifications and prevailing market practices and shall be broadly in line with comparable positions in the industry. Remuneration shall not be a constraint in selecting a suitable and deserving candidate, subject to applicable laws and approvals.
D. Selection Procedure
Selection will be based on Personal Interview. Applications received shall be screened and shortlisted based on age, experience, eligibility, qualification and overall suitability for the position. The shortlisted candidates shall be communicated regarding the interview details on the email ID provided by candidates and no correspondence will be made to other candidates; nor any correspondence shall be entertained from other candidates. Final selection of the candidate will be done by a Selection Committee Constituted for the purpose.
- Candidates are advised that they should not furnish any particulars/ details/ information or make statements that are false, incorrect, tampered, fabricated and should not conceal or suppress any material information while forwarding their resume. In case it is detected at any time that the candidate has indulged in any of the above mentioned activities, he/ she will not only be disqualified, but he/ she will also be liable to be dismissed from the services of IDBI Intech Limited any time, even after being selected and after joining the services.
- Work Location will be in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

- In an event of final selection, candidates presently in service of Government / Quasi-Government offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Public Sector Organizations in financial sector) are required to furnish a letter from the current employer containing the following details to the Bank:
- A discharge certificate / NOC from the current employer,
- Vigilance clearance certificate that no proceedings are either pending or contemplated against the officer concerned,
- List of all the major / minor penalties imposed on the candidate or, otherwise, a certificate confirming that no penalty has been imposed on the officer during service.
