The Site Engineer is responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring telecom site activities, including Installation & Commissioning (I&C), Operation & Maintenance (O&M), and network rollout projects. The role involves coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality, safety, and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise telecom site installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with customers, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors for project execution.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and tools for site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the scheduled timeline.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical reports.
- Ensure adherence to customer specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain daily progress reports, DPRs, ATPs, MOMs, and project documentation.
- Verify material usage and maintain inventory records at the site.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and work-at-height procedures.
- Coordinate site acceptance with customers and obtain required approvals.
- Escalate project risks, delays, and technical issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure SLA and KPI targets are achieved.
- Support audits and customer inspections.
- Train and guide technicians to improve productivity and work quality.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
