Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Personal Loan telecalling or sales process.
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.
Experience in handling live leads and disbursement data.
Target-oriented approach with good follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact customers to explain Personal Loan products and services.
Manage and maintain live leads and disbursement data effectively.
Generate maximum loan disbursements through regular customer coordination.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and ensure proper documentation.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
