Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with prospective students and parents.
- Counsel students regarding MBBS admission opportunities in India and abroad.
- Understand students' academic background, preferences, and admission requirements.
- Explain admission processes, eligibility criteria, university options, fee structures, and other relevant details.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students through calls and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the company's CRM or tracking system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
