ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are looking for a reliable accounting manager/ executive to supervise, monitor and evaluate all day-to-day accounting activities. You will establish financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting financial information.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
· Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payment entries.
· Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
· Prepare bank reconciliations and assist in account reconciliations.
· Maintain records of expenses, receipts, and supporting documents.
· Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
· Help prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams for invoice collection and payment follow-ups.
· Support auditors during internal and statutory audits.
· Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
· Exposure to customs procedures and logistics coordination will be an added advantage.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
· 1–2 years of accounting experience.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
· Working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
· Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance requirements.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience
1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
Experience in coordinating with customs authorities and logistics partners for import-related documentation and clearances will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
