Job Summary
LEADSPACE is a growing company in the Outdoor Advertising (OOH) industry. We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive who can handle media planning, site availability, and end-to-end execution of outdoor advertising campaigns. The candidate must have hands-on experience in OOH operations and should be comfortable working with data, trackers, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan OOH campaigns based on client requirements
- Suggest suitable hoardings, billboards, and outdoor media options
- Prepare media plans with location details and pricing
- Check site availability and coordinate with media owners/vendors
- Block and book sites as per campaign requirements
- Maintain and update media inventory and availability trackers
- Handle end-to-end campaign execution
- Coordinate with vendors for printing and installation
- Ensure campaigns go live on time
- Monitor ongoing campaigns and resolve operational issues
- Share Proof of Execution (POE) such as photos/videos
- Ensure quality, visibility, and compliance of sites
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of OOH advertising operations
- Experience in media planning and site management
- Good coordination and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience in handling trackers, reports, and data management
- Good system knowledge and computer handling skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH)
- Good knowledge of local outdoor media market
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Proactive, responsible, and well-organized
