We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager who will own the complete performance marketing function for BeeSticks. This is an individual contributor role where you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling all paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will work directly with the founders and be accountable for revenue growth, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend. Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube). Launch and optimize campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads (if applicable). Identify and test new acquisition channels. Campaign Management Build full-funnel marketing campaigns. Create audience strategies, retargeting, and lookalike audiences. Continuously improve ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and offers. Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPA, MER, CTR, CPM, CVR, and AOV. Build weekly and monthly performance reports. Identify insights and recommend actions based on data. Creative Coordination Brief designers and content creators with high-converting ad concepts. Suggest hooks, messaging, and ad angles. Continuously test new creatives and formats. Website & Conversion Optimization Improve landing page conversion rates. Work with Shopify and conversion tracking. Ensure Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion API are correctly implemented. Marketplace Growth Manage advertising on Amazon and other marketplaces. Optimize product listings for better conversions. Budget Management Own monthly advertising budgets. Allocate spends efficiently across channels. Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target CAC.
