Production Supervisor (Manager Level) – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Supervisor for our printing & packaging manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, production planning ability, workforce handling experience, and knowledge in packaging operations.

Experience Required
Minimum 3–5 years experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations (Printing/Packaging industry preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
- Monitor manpower allocation, machine utilization, and productivity.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in duplex box and paper bag production.
- Reduce production delays, wastage, and operational downtime.
- Coordinate with store, dispatch, maintenance, and quality departments.
- Handle worker attendance, shift planning, and discipline on the production floor.
- Ensure proper usage of raw materials and maintain production records.
- Monitor safety procedures and maintain a clean working environment.
- Train and guide production staff for better efficiency and performance.
- Report daily production status and issues to management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
