The candidate should have strong interpersonal and counseling skills. Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents about available courses. Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable programs. Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries. Follow up with prospective students until admission is completed. Explain course details, fees, scholarships, and payment options. Maintain student records and ensure a smooth admission process. Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and presentation skills.
