Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, handling data entry, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents.
- Assist in invoice preparation, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Handle data entry for purchase, sales, expenses, and bank transactions.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare and maintain vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support during audits and financial reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multitask effectively.
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
