We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Representative to promote our pharmaceutical and healthcare products to doctors, chemists, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 year of field experience in medical sales, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell company’s products to healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics).
- Maintain proper records of daily calls, sales reports, and customer feedback.
- Visit doctors, chemists, and stockists on a daily basis to promote products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Organize and conduct product detailing sessions with healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
- Ensure availability of products in the market through regular follow-ups with stockists and retailers.
- Maintain daily call reports, doctor visit records, and stockist data.
- Keep updated on competitor activities and market trends.
- Participate in promotional events, CMEs, and training programs.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Medical Representative.
- Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or any related field (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the assigned territory and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Proficiency in using mobile apps and CRM tools for reporting.
