About the Role
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing team in Noida.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that great social media content is more than just editing—it’s about storytelling, visual appeal, retention, and creating content that people want to watch and share.
You will work closely with the content and social media team to transform raw footage into high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, and personal-brand content.
What You’ll Do
* Edit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, educational videos, and promotional content.
* Turn raw footage into visually compelling, fast-paced, and retention-focused videos.
* Create strong openings/hooks, dynamic cuts, captions, transitions, B-roll, sound effects, and music.
* Edit talking-head, educational, lifestyle, wellness, and personal-brand content.
* Add professional motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects where required.
* Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics, typography, transitions, and overall visual language.
* Stay updated with the latest Instagram and YouTube trends, editing styles, and content formats.
* Collaborate with the content and social media team to execute creative concepts.
* Suggest new editing ideas, formats, and creative approaches to improve content performance.
* Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
* Maintain an organized workflow for raw footage, project files, and final exports.
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of professional video editing experience.
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
* Working knowledge of Photoshop or other relevant creative tools.
* Strong understanding of short-form content and social media editing.
* Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, typography, composition, and music.
* Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
* Ability to understand a brand's tone and translate it into visual content.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the creative team.
* A strong portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
It’s a Plus If You Have
* Experience with health, wellness, nutrition, beauty, lifestyle, or personal-brand content
* Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
* Experience with color correction and sound design.
* Understanding of social media retention, hooks, and engagement-driven editing.
* The ability to contribute creative ideas—not just execute instructions.
