Position: Spares & CRM Coordinator Experience: 3-4 years Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field Key Responsibilities: Manage procurement of spare parts (domestic & international) and handle import/export documentation Maintain inventory, track stock movement, and assist in audits Process spare parts orders, prepare quotations, and handle customer queries Coordinate dispatches of spare parts and ensure timely delivery with logistics partners Support demo center activities (machine loading/unloading) Prepare monthly reports Skills Required: Basic technical knowledge of mechanical/electrical spare parts Understanding of procurement and supply chain Good communication and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) ERP/Zoho experience preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
