- Supervise daily operations of lathe machines (conventional & CNC if applicable)
- Allocate work to machine operators as per production planning
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the defined timelines
- Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to specifications and drawings
- Conduct regular inspection of machined components
- Ensure proper machine setup, tooling, and calibration
- Maintain discipline and productivity on the shop floor
- Identify and troubleshoot machine or process-related issues
- Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machines
- Maintain production records and reports
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
