Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate interviews with department heads
- Maintain employee records and HR database
- Handle attendance, leave records, and payroll inputs
- Support employee relations and grievance handling
- Implement HR policies and performance systems
- Organize induction and employee training programs
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Ensure compliance, audits, and documentation
- Support manpower planning and organization structure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3+ years of HR experience
- Experience in payroll and attendance management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
Preferred
- Experience in compliance or audits
- Manufacturing industry experience
