We are hiring an experienced Telecaller / Sales Executive for our Performance Marketing team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our digital marketing services, and generating high-quality sales leads through outbound calls.
Candidates should be comfortable communicating in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with strong communication and convincing skills. Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling or sales calling is required.
Daily responsibility includes making outbound calls and generating 5–7 hot leads per day. Usually, the target can be achieved within around 150 calls daily. Monthly lead target will be 150–210 qualified leads.
Salary: ₹15,000/month + 5% incentive on sales above ₹1,00,000.
Office timing: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Team activity and performance will be monitored through UltraViewer during office hours.
