About the Role
Bluebenz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, content creation, video editing, and social media marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing campaigns, growing our online community, and driving brand awareness and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with business goals.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
Content Creation
- Design engaging social media posts, banners, carousels, infographics, and marketing creatives.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and promotional content.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Video Creation & Editing
- Create and edit Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other short-form content.
- Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, animations, and background music.
- Repurpose webinars, client stories, podcasts, and technical content into engaging videos.
- Stay updated with the latest social media and video content trends.
Campaign Management
- Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Develop creative assets for branding, recruitment, engagement, and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads.
Community Management
- Respond to comments and messages professionally.
- Build and engage an active online community.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Prepare monthly reports with insights and optimization recommendations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Creation.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, creative designs, and video content.
- Experience working with B2B or technology companies is preferred.
