Technical Support Associate Trainee
Training Duration: 3 months (with an option to extend based on performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and initial setup of Routing, Switching, Voice, EPON, GPON, NGPON, XGSON and Wi-Fi Access Products.
- Support basic customer troubleshooting and operational start-up phases under supervision.
- Participate in acceptance testing and provide on-ground assistance during problem resolution and system tuning.
- Gain practical exposure through travel to designated sites across South India as required.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors, including attending technical meetings and workshops.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Basic knowledge in networking (e.g., Routing & Switching) is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler is a plus.
- Analytical thinking with good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Certifications like CCNA/CCNE or similar networking qualifications are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written). Familiarity with local languages (Kannada, Telugu, or Hindi) is an added advantage.

- Candidates with prior exposure or practical experience in relevant fields will be given added weightage.
- This internship is a mix of field and back-office support, and candidates should be flexible with working hours and local and outstation travel.
