Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive Targets: Meet and exceed premium showroom sales targets and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- B2B Networking: Build and nurture robust, long-term working relationships with local architects, interior designers, and major project heads.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver accurate, expert ergonomic consultations tailored to client work environments.
- Escalation Handling: Resolve complex, escalated customer service complaints personally to uphold peak brand goodwill
Team Leadership
- Staff Supervision: Mentor, schedule, and train showroom sales personnel on product functionality and active closing techniques.
- Performance Reviews: Conduct structured team performance check-ins, routine briefings, and continuous skill-gap training.
Showroom Operations & Merchandising
- Facility Oversight: Coordinate essential opening/closing protocols, verify upkeep, and strictly enforce visual merchandising parameters.
- Inventory Controls: Monitor local stock levels, track active client configurations, and liaise with back-office logisticians for delivery mapping.
- Analytics Reporting: Generate actionable daily, weekly, and monthly footfall conversion summaries for regional leadership
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
