*Back Office Coordinator Job details*:
1. *Role*: Handle daily back office operations and support front desk/sales teams.
2. *Data Entry*: Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM and update MIS reports daily.
3. *Documentation*: Prepare invoices, purchase orders, client files, and track paperwork.
4. *Coordination*: Act as a bridge between operations, sales, accounts, and logistics teams.
5. *Customer Support*: Respond to emails, calls, and client queries professionally.
6. *Scheduling*: Manage appointments, meetings, and coordinate with vendors.
7. *Compliance*: Ensure all files and processes follow company SOPs and audit requirements.
8. *Problem Solving*: Resolve internal issues and escalate when needed to managers.
9. *Reporting*: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on targets, tasks, and performance.
