1. JOB PURPOSE
To manage the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and compliance with labour laws. To create a positive work environment that supports employee engagement and organisational growth.
2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
- Coordinate with the Recruiter for sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling of candidates.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction programmes, and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personal files.
- Process and coordinate monthly payroll, attendance, and leave management.
- Implement and administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary proceedings, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and maintain appraisal records.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Organise employee engagement activities, training programmes, and welfare initiatives.

4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent (MBA-HR preferred).
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.
Skills:
Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance, recruitment techniques, payroll processing, interpersonal and communication skills, MS Office, HRMS software.
5. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
1.Time-to-fill open positions and quality of hires.
2.Employee retention and attrition rate.
3.Accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
4.Compliance with all statutory requirements and zero legal violations.
5.Employee satisfaction and engagement score.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
