JOB DESCRIPTION – BUSINESS MANAGER
Business Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
- Generate business through builders, contractors, fabricators, consultants, and industrial clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand business.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor market trends and submit MIS reports.
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
- MBA in Marketing/Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Project Sales, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in Pipes, Roofing Sheets, Steel Products, Building Materials, Construction, or Industrial Products is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
