Job Summary
Hindustan Gold Industries is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our Refinery team as Refinery Operators. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting precious metal refining operations, monitoring process parameters, operating production equipment, and ensuring safe and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in precious metal refining and production activities.
- Operate refinery equipment and production machinery as per SOPs.
- Monitor process parameters and report any abnormalities.
- Handle raw materials, process chemicals, and finished products safely.
- Perform material charging, unloading, and process monitoring activities.
- Maintain production records and shift reports.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Laboratory for sample collection and testing.
- Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in refinery operations.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Chemical Plant Operator or related trades) OR
- B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
