Key Responsibilities
OPD Management
- Manage patient registration, appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate consultations between patients and doctors.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting times.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Address patient queries and resolve service-related concerns.
IPD Management
- Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Liaise with doctors, nursing staff, and support departments for seamless patient care.
- Monitor bed occupancy and admission planning.
- Ensure completion of required documentation and billing processes.
- Support patients and families throughout the hospitalization journey.
Patient Counselling
- Counsel patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, procedures, packages, and services.
- Explain benefits, costs, and available payment options.
- Convert inquiries into consultations, admissions, and treatment enrollments.
- Follow up with leads and prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Build trust and maintain long-term patient relationships.
- Achieve assigned revenue, admission, and conversion targets.
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, and billing teams.
- Track operational KPIs such as patient satisfaction, turnaround time, and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient counselling and consultative sales ability.
- Knowledge of OPD and IPD workflows.
- Customer service orientation.
- Coordination and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS/CRM).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
