- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)
- Relevant Medical Laboratory Technology qualification preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Collect and receive patient samples according to hospital protocols
- Perform laboratory tests as per assigned department and scope of practice
- Handle and process blood, urine and other clinical specimens
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Follow proper sample identification and labeling procedures
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and reports
- Perform quality-control procedures as required
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the laboratory
- Follow infection-control and biomedical waste management protocols
- Report abnormal or critical findings to the appropriate senior staff
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure proper storage and handling of laboratory samples and reagents
