Position Overview
We are looking for a driven, creative, and target-oriented Marketing Executive / Business Development Specialist to join our team. Whether you are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in the media/advertising space or a talented, high-energy fresher eager to break into the industry, we want to hear from you!
Your main objective will be identifying potential brand clients, pitching our ad film production services, and securing advertising deals to grow our client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and outreach to potential corporate clients, ad agencies, startups, and brands needing ad film or video production services.
- Pitching & Presentations: Develop customized pitches, present Magnes Productions’ creative portfolio, and demonstrate how our video solutions solve client needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and business owners.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming advertising campaigns across sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Handle the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract closure and post-deal coordination.
Requirements
- Experience Level: Open to both Experienced Professionals (1–3+ years in media sales, agency outreach, or marketing) and Motivated Freshers with exceptional communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Passion for media, ad films, filmmaking, and modern digital advertising.
- Proactive mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and goal orientation.
- Familiarity with email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling is a plus.
