CNC Programmer – Job Description (Hydraulic Industry)
Hydraulic industry experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Program CNC machines for manufacturing hydraulic components as per engineering drawings.
- Select cutting tools, machining parameters, and optimize cycle time.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
- Prepare and verify CNC programs using G-code/CAM software.
- Support machine setup, prove-out, and troubleshoot machining issues.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality using measuring instruments.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Follow safety standards and maintain production documentation.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3–5 years of CNC programming experience in the hydraulic industry is must.
