The TGT Hindi Teacher is responsible for teaching Hindi Language and Literature to students of Classes VI–VIII, fostering language proficiency, critical thinking, and appreciation for Hindi culture and literature. The teacher will create an engaging learning environment aligned with the school's curriculum and educational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons in accordance with the CBSE Board curriculum.
- Develop students' reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Prepare annual lesson plans, unit plans, worksheets, assignments, and question papers.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student progress.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, ICT tools, and smart classroom technology.
- Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support where necessary.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' academic performance and development.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Perform additional academic or administrative duties assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with Hindi as a major subject.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from a recognized institution.
- CTET/TET qualification (is a plus).
