As a Front Desk Executive, you are the face and voice of our fitness centre. Your primary responsibility is to create a welcoming environment for our members, drive club growth through membership sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires an energetic individual who excels at multitasking, customer relationship management, and coordinating between members and our training staff.
Meet Sales Targets: Actively follow up with inbound leads, walk-ins, and digital inquiries to meet weekly and monthly membership targets.
Renewal Management: Identify memberships nearing expiration and proactively reach out to secure renewals.
First Impressions: Greet members warmly by name, manage check-ins, and handle all incoming phone calls and messages.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for member feedback, questions, or complaints, ensuring swift and professional resolution
Client-Trainer Matching: Introduce new members to the training team based on their personal fitness goals.
Billing & Cash Handling: Process payments for memberships, personal training packages, and merchandise using our gym management software.
Facility Audits: Walk the floor periodically to ensure the facility, changing rooms, and front desk area remain clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Performance Tracking: Ensure trainers log their sessions accurately and maintain professional conduct on the gym floor.
