Bear Teddy Home Decor is a fast-growing home furnishing and lifestyle brand offering premium bean bags, curtains, cushions, bedsheets, rugs, ottomans, and home décor products. We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Executives to join our team and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable home décor products.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products.
Store Operations
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
- Arrange products and replenish stock on display shelves.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory management.
Billing & Order Management
- Create quotations and process customer orders.
- Handle billing and payment collection.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery and order status.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Follow up with customer enquiries and leads.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Digital & Marketing Support
- Capture customer photos/videos and support showroom social media activities.
- Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals.
- Share promotional offers and campaign information with customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma / Degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, home décor, lifestyle, fashion, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity.
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays.
