Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead, plan, and execute our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in performance marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO, with a proven track record of generating leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns hands-on, analyze performance, and continuously optimize for growth.
Key Responsibilities ● Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms ● Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Meta Ads & Google Ads) for lead generation and conversions ● Develop and implement SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) ● Drive lead generation through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) ● Design and execute social media lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI ● Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs like CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversions ● Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis ● Manage website traffic growth and improve search engine rankings ● Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives and campaigns ● Track, measure, and report campaign performance using analytics tools ● Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI ● Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes Core Skills Required (Must Have) Performance Marketing ● Strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) ● Hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) ● Campaign setup, scaling, and optimization ● A/B testing and audience targeting strategies ● Conversion tracking and pixel implementation SEO (Search Engine Optimization) ● On-page SEO (meta tags, content optimization, internal linking) ● Off-page SEO (backlinks, outreach strategies) ● Technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing) ● Keyword research and ranking strategies ● Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar Analytics & Tools ● Google Analytics (GA4) ● Google Tag Manager ● Google Search Console ● Data interpretation and reporting ● Funnel analysis and user behavior tracking Additional Digital Skills ● Landing page optimization ● Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) ● Email marketing basics ● Content marketing strategy ● Social media strategy and growth ● Proven experience in social media lead generation campaigns Preferred Skills ● Strong understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys ● Experience in lead generation campaigns ● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for SEO improvements ● Familiarity with CRM tools ● Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously ● Strong communication and leadership skills Education ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field ● MBA in Marketing (Preferred but not mandatory) ● Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads / SEO are an added advantage
Experience
