About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 1–2 years of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to understand client requirements, coordinate with technical teams, and support the sales process by providing effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and client meetings.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and user stories.
- Work closely with the Sales, Development, and QA teams to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
- Assist the sales team in proposal preparation, solution presentations, and project estimations.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Create flowcharts, wireframes, and process documentation when required.
- Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
- Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT company.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Experience with CRM tools and IT sales support will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Business Analysis are a plus.
