Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the design and delivery of modern web applications for a enterprise’s large-scale, multi-phase digital transformation program. You will build and optimize solutions using Python for backend services and react for dynamic, user-centric frontends, ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI) and React.
Develop robust and secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components using React.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, views, and stored procedures.
Implement authentication, authorization, and RBAC mechanisms to ensure application security.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend/frontend teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and reliability.
Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks and performance issues across the stack.
Participate in deployment, release management, and environment setup.
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and architecture.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making.
Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
Must-Have Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks).
3+ years of experience in frontend development using React (Redux, Hooks, or similar).
3+ years of experience working with PostgreSQL, including database design and complex SQL queries.
Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
2+ years of experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
Experience working with version control systems like Git and collaborative development workflows.
2+ years of experience in building and maintaining enterprise-grade, scalable full-stack applications.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
