Consultancy Services group is one of the high-growth teams at Tridiagonal.
The primary goal of this group is to provide CFD, FEA, DEM and Process consulting analysis services
to wide range of industrial customers.
Purpose: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving
business growth and revenue generation for the Process Consulting Business Unit.
The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships,
identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets across
international and domestic (80%-20%) markets.
The candidate will work closely with the Business Unit Head, Delivery Head,
Sales Director, technical teams, and marketing teams to convert opportunities into successful business engagements.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales plans, campaigns, and business growth strategies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and territories
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, webinars, seminars, events, and marketing initiatives
- Drive proposal development in coordination with technical and project teams
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiations, and closure of business opportunities
- Achieve and exceed revenue and business growth targets
- Coordinate vendor registration, PO generation, invoicing, and collections
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from lead generation to project closure
- Understand customer requirements and develop techno-commercial proposals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase customer engagement
