Job Description
Seth Anandram Jaipuria School is looking for a creative, patient, and passionate Pre-Primary Teacher who can create a joyful learning environment for young learners. The candidate should be skilled in early childhood education, activity-based learning, and child development practices as per CBSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities
- Implement play-way and experiential learning methods
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, and learning materials
- Ensure holistic development of students (social, emotional, cognitive & physical)
- Maintain classroom discipline with a caring approach
- Track and record student progress and assessments
- Communicate regularly with parents during PTMs and meetings
- Maintain student portfolios and classroom displays
- Participate in school events, activities, and curriculum planning
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- NTT / ECCEd / B.Ed (Preferred)
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Pre-Primary section
Required Skills
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, and activity-based teaching
- Creative skills in art, craft, rhymes, and early learning activities
- Basic knowledge of smart class / digital teaching tools
