About the role:
Growing women's-wear brand. Large volume of fabric moves through cutting and stitching daily. We need a reliable person to track every piece of fabric and garment from fabric arrival, to cutting, to stitching vendors, to finished pieces coming back. The system is already built for you. Your job is to run it accurately.
What you'll do:
- Record fabric received (supplier, quantity, rate) in our tracking sheet.
- Log every cutting batch with a Lot ID (meters in, pieces cut).
- Write delivery challans for pieces sent to stitching vendors and enter them in the sheet.
- Record finished pieces returned by vendors count, check quality, note rejects.
- Physically count stock and match it against the sheet.
- Report any mismatch (missing pieces, short delivery) to the founder immediately.
- Keep the paper challan book and the digital sheet matched at all times.
You need:
- Basic reading, writing, numbers (add/subtract, count accurately).
- Basic phone/computer + Ms Excel (At least know basics).
- Careful, organized, honest. Comfortable on a production floor.
- Hindi required; basic English a plus.
- Live in or near Nangloi/Mundka/Peeragarhi preferred (daily on-site).
Good to have (not required):
- Any prior garment/manufacturing/store/inventory experience.
- Knowledge of challan / job-work / cutting process.
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
